Dancewear Requirements
Hair
Attire
Shoes

All of our dancers must wear their hair pulled back in a ponytail or bun at all times during dance instruction.

If the hair is too short, please secure with hair clips away from the dancer's face.

All dancewear should be age appropriate and tight/form fitting.

Leotards and tights preferred (any color).

No crop tops / midriffs allowed.

"Street" and casual style clothing is permitted for Hip Hop.

Pink Ballet shoes are required for Ballet, Toes & Tumbles & 5-7 Combo. (Other styles may be required for recital.)

Half soles, dance paws and/or foot undeez are great for Combos 7-9, 8+, 12+, 3, 4 & 5.

Black Tap shoes are required for our tap classes.

Jazz shoes are not required for combo classes but are great for any classes that are jazz based.

Jazz shoes are required for Musical Theatre.

Sneakers may be worn for Hip Hop classes.

Requirements by Class
Toes & Tumbles
Shoes: Ballet only.
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
5 - 7 Combo
Shoes: Ballet and Tap.
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
7-9 Combo
Shoes: Ballet or Half Soles/Dance Paws/Foot Undeez and Tap.
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
Combos 8+, 12+, 3, 4 & 5
Shoes: Any of the following: Half Soles, Dance Paws, Foot Undeez, Ballet.
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
Ballet (all levels)
Shoes: Ballet only.
Attire: Leotard and tights.
Hair: Must be in a bun, neat with no flyaways.
Hip Hop (all levels)
Shoes: Any kind of sneaker.
Attire: Anything comfortable and easy to move in.
Hair: Secured back out of dancers face.
Acro (all levels)
Shoes: None - class is done barefoot.
Attire: Footed tights are NOT permitted in this class. Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Braided works GREAT, but secured out of dancers face is acceptable.
Stretch, Technique & Conditioning
Shoes: Half Soles/Dance Paws/Foot Undeez
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
Musical Theatre (all levels)
Shoes: Tan Jazz Shoes
Attire: Leotard preferred, but anything form fitting is acceptable.
Hair: Bun preferred, but secured out of dancers face.
