Class descriptions

  • BOOTCAMP classes are all about mixing it up. They combine weight training and circuit training to get you in crazy good shape. You will move around to different stations using different equipment and every single muscle group. Conducted more as a group training session, this class will challenge you to the core. It will have a good mix of speed and agility drills, plyometrics and strength training, plus every few weeks we will add new moves. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck here!

  • CORE & MORE This class focuses on the core stability muscles in the abdominal and low back region. Each class focuses on form, the technique involved in toning, and building strength in this area. With a little cardio thrown in!

  • HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Through intense intervals of cardio, strength conditioning, plyometrics, and calisthenics, HIIT offers a full body workout like no other! Exercises can be modified to meet your fitness level. 

  • Kickboxing is an intense cardio workout where we push our bodies to the limit. The style of workout is based on the training a Kickboxer would do.  We use bags, so you will need a good pair of boxing gloves. Beginners welcome!

  • PiYo is one of the newest hottest workouts out! Created by celebrity trainer, Chalene Johnson this workout's purpose is to give you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, allover strength and incredible flexibility  -all without weights, without jumping and without destroying your body.

  • ROUNDS is a metabolic circuit training workout that forces you to use and strengthen your entire body as a unit (the way it was intended to be used.) Nothing is off limits in this training regimen. From pull ups to push ups, to front squats and burpees, we keep things fresh each week and push past you past your limits! Although it is one of our more advanced workouts, we can modify to meet your fitness needs. 

  • Total Body in just 45 minutes, will reshape your body from head to toe as you tighten and tone every muscle group. The short cardio burst in between the sculpting will help us achieve a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) heart rate that will increase calorie burn while not only building muscle but building muscle endurance as well. This class is good for any fitness level since every move can be modified to meet your individual needs.

  • UPPER BODY BLAST This class blends cardio and resistance training that provides a combination workout of calorie burning and muscle building for the upper body.  An intense yet easy to follow workout for all fitness levels, using a variety of equipment including hand weights.

  • LOWER BODY BLAST This class blends cardio and resistance training that provides a combination workout of calorie burning and muscle building for the legs and booty.  An intense yet easy to follow workout for all fitness levels, using a variety of equipment including hand weights, bands and sliders.
